How to Order from Magnets New Zealand.

1. Order Online

The quickest and easiest way to purchase magnets is through our website. You can create an account to track your orders or proceed as a guest. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and AfterPay.
Orders placed through our website are also eligible for discounts through our Magnets Club system.

 

2. Pay via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

For businesses, schools, or individuals needing an invoice or quote before payment, we offer EFT payment options. To request this use the request a quote option at checkout or email [email protected] with:

  • Product codes
  • Required quantities
  • Shipping details

Please note that orders placed outside our website using EFT are not eligible for any Magnets Club discounts and your order must be paid in full before your goods are shipped.

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse/showroom in Auckland New Zealand with GST already paid for your order.

 

3. Charge to authorised Trade Account (Credit account)

For businesses that have opened an authorised trade account (Credit account) with Magnets New Zealand, orders placed online may be charged to this account by using the “Trade Account” gateway.

To have an order charged to your trade account we require;

  • A valid PO number
  • Your Magnets New Zealand Trade (Credit) account number
  • Your company name as what is listed on your account.

Should your Magnets New Zealand trade (credit) account number not match the Company name provided, your order will be cancelled as a security precaution.

If you are not aware of this information, please see a previous statement, invoice or contact us using an email address used when opening the account. Staff cannot give this information over the phone.

Fast Dispatch – Orders for in-stock items placed before 3pm (NZDT) on weekdays are shipped the same day (excluding public holidays).

Out-of-Stock Items – If a product is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options, a back-order arrangement, or a full refund will be offered.
Transit Protection – If your order is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Returns & Exchanges – Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a restocking fee may apply if we accept a return outside this period.
