Our Inline Magnetic Probes are made using Rare Earth separator rods, designed to capture and hold micron size ferrous contamination from dry free-flowing powder, granules, liquids, and emulsions.

Being available in a range of sizes with RJT or TriClover connections, these can be easily incorporated into an existing line with little modification. introduction of ferrous contamination.

Made to the HACCP 0909MAGSEP 1-2010 Standard

These units are fully welded making them not only food/dairy safe but compliant to the international HACCP 0909MAGSEP 1-2010 food safety standard. Made from sturdy, fully welded and polished 316 stainless steel casings that are suitable for food grade environments with strong gauss levels of 11-12,000 gauss on the rod’s surface the strongest field possible to extract and retain contaminant.

We have several standard 1, 2 & 4 Inch diameter units in several sizes in stock and can easily custom make to any other length of diameter on request.
All our range is also made for standard 80°C temperature rated with high temperature options to 350°C available on request.
