Uses for our Plastic Hand Held Pickup Magnet:

Our handheld pickup magnet systems work like a treat for that ferrous material that may be unsafe to touch. By using the easy quick release mechanism our pickup magnets can easy relocate unsafe ferrous objects like knife blades into a safe area for disposal.

Many industries use these items day to day. In-house we use these to transfer the steel keepers from their large storage bins into smaller easier to work with storage containers for the reason that these are sharp to the touch. Consequently, by using these, you make a safe workplace for staff where they are more productive by avoiding injury!

These pickup magnets are available three different options, one being encased in plastic and two being encased in steel. One with a short handle and the other with an extra reach long handle to get to those harder to reach places or to avoid back strain having to bend over to collect the ferrous material.

As a result of these being so powerful and wanting to attract to each other, we must warn you of some potential hazards.

  • Magnets can be deadly if ingested, not recommended for children.
  • Use eye protection while using our magnets because if two join with force they may break or shatter.
  • Magnets can wipe magnetic media such as credit cards, keep magnets away from these to avoid data loss.
