Our standard stocked 150mm Magnetic Rod made from N50 Grade Neodymium Magnet producing a surface gauss strength of 10,000 – 11,000 gauss.
This Magnetic Rod has a maximum heat tolerance of up to 80°C, temperatures above this will cause the system to slowly demagneise.

This 150mm x 25mm Magnetic Rod has a Neodymium magnet encased in a 316 stainless steel tube. It is 150mm long, has a diametre of 25.4mm and M8 tapped ends.
It is fully welded and made to the international HACCP 0909 magsep 2-2024 standard with a test certificate supplied with the unit. We recommend that the unit is tested annually to fulfil requirements of food safety audits.
Each rod also comes with complementary engraving for a serial number to allow for unit tracking and accurate historical reporting of the unit.

These are available as an in stock solution with a surface reading of 10,000 – 11,000 gauss or made to order with the highest grade material in the industry to create a surface gauss of 13,000 – 14,000 gauss.

From large magnetic separator systems to small single drawers these rods extract any ferrous contaminant that may be present to keep your product contaminant free and avoid costly product recalls.

All our Magnetic Tubes are N50 grade to provide maximum strength so they can achieve surface gauss levels in excess of 11,000-12,000 and made from high quality stainless steel to help provide a long lifespan and by being fully sealed comply with the international HACCP 0909 MAGSEP 2-2024 standard used by many food producers around the world.

We stock a large range of sizes of these high powered Neodymium Magnetic Rod  but should we not have the size you require, or if you require a magnet to run at a higher temperature than our standard neodymium rods, we are able to custom make to size. All rods come with a test certificate of conformity showing their magnetic strength.
