Our standard stocked 2″ Dual Inch Inline Magnetic Probe made from N50 Grade Neodymium Magnet producing a surface gauss strength of 10,000 – 11,000 gauss.
This system has a maximum heat tolerance of up to 80°C, temperatures above this will cause the system to slowly demagneise.

This Food-Safe Dual Inline Magnetic Probe System has a Neodymium magnet encased in a 316 stainless steel tube. This unit has a surface gauss rating of 10,000 – 14,000 gauss.
It is suitable for dairy grade environments due to it being fully welded and polished. The Magnetic probes on this unit are removable due to their RJT connections allowing them to be to be taken from the line for removal of ferrous contaminant without needing to disassemble the entire unit to access the magnet.
Each unit also comes with complementary engraving for a serial number to allow for unit tracking and accurate historical reporting of the unit.

These are available as an in stock solution with a surface reading of 10,000 – 11,000 gauss or made to order with the highest grade material in the industry to create a surface gauss of 13,000 – 14,000 gauss.

Uses for our Food-Safe Dual Inline Magnetic Probe System:

Our Dual Inline Magnetic Probe System is ideal for the food and dairy industry as a manner of passively extracting ferrous contaminant from a production line. Ferrous material can easily enter a production line through raw product and breakdowns in machinery so these are essential in making sure that the end product is clean and ferrous free.

These contain high powered Neodymium magnets inside a stainless steel tube which can be retracted allowing for quick and easy removal of ferrous contaminants.

All units are supplied with a Test certificate of conformity to the international HACCP 0909 magsep 1-2010 standard with units subject to annual validation tests to fulfil food safety audit requirements.
These units contain two Magnetic Probes with RJT Connections that can be easily unscrewed for inspections without needing to remove the entire housing to access the magnet.
